Description
The Gleonara is a white twin LED spotlight with two adjustable GX53 bulb heads mounted on a 220mm horizontal wall plate. Each cylindrical head rotates and tilts independently, allowing light to be directed onto separate zones — artwork and seating, two sides of a bed, or dual task positions in a home office. The powder-coated metal construction projects 115mm from the wall once fitted.
Designed for reading corners, bedside positions, and study areas where directed light is needed without overhead fittings, the Gleonara pairs task lighting function with a compact profile. The twin heads sit 220mm apart, creating two distinct pools of light rather than a single wide beam. The white finish on both the wall plate and the cylindrical heads allows the fitting to recede into white or light-coloured walls, keeping the focus on the light itself rather than the hardware.
Both GX53 bulbs are dimmable, giving control over intensity from full brightness for reading or close work down to low ambient light for evening use. The IP20 rating confines the fitting to dry indoor locations — living rooms, bedrooms, hallways and offices — and excludes bathrooms, kitchens and outdoor positions. The aluminium bodies and powder-coated finish maintain appearance over time without the yellowing or discolouration common to cheaper plastic fittings.

Frequently Asked
What bulbs does the Gleonara take?
The fitting takes two GX53 bulbs, which are flat LED discs with a twist-and-lock bayonet fitting. GX53 bulbs are sold separately. Most users pair this fitting with warm-white LED GX53 bulbs rated 6-9W and 3000K for reading light.
Is the Gleonara dimmable?
Yes, when paired with dimmable GX53 bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch. The dimmer must be rated for LED loads — older incandescent dimmers may not work correctly.
Can each spotlight head be angled independently?
Yes. Both cylindrical heads rotate and tilt independently on their mounts, allowing light to be directed onto two separate zones or surfaces.
Can this be used in a bathroom?
No. The IP20 rating means the fitting is not protected against moisture and must only be used in dry indoor rooms. Bathrooms require IP44 or higher.
