Description

The Glacia is a 125mm diameter brass ceiling rose with an integrated magnetic attachment system that supports up to six pendant lights. Each outlet features a magnetic plate onto which compatible pendants clip, allowing individual lights to be attached or removed without disturbing the ceiling wiring or other pendants already hanging from the rose.

Designed for dining rooms, kitchen islands and open-plan living areas where clustered pendant arrangements create focused task lighting or ambient zones, the Glacia replaces six separate ceiling roses with a single 125mm canopy. The magnetic system means pendant heights can be adjusted individually after installation, and individual pendants can be swapped or removed without re-wiring the entire cluster. This suits spaces where lighting needs change seasonally or where decorative flexibility matters more than a fixed configuration.

The brass finish is brushed rather than polished, giving a satin sheen that reduces glare from ceiling downlights and sits comfortably alongside both warm-toned timber interiors and cooler greys or whites. The metal construction supports the combined weight of six lightweight to medium-weight pendants — glass globes, small shades, or exposed-filament fittings work well, while heavier alabaster or large metal shades may exceed the recommended loading.

Installation requires a standard UK ceiling rose connection and the 125mm diameter covers a typical plasterboard cut-out left by a previous fitting. The rose is 30mm deep including the magnetic plates, so it suits ceilings with standard void depths.
