Description

The Glacia ceiling rose is a large round disc in a black finish, made to carry a whole group of pendants from one plate on the ceiling. It measures 750mm across and just 36mm deep, so it sits close and flat to the ceiling while covering a generous area. Thirteen small cable openings are spread across its face, giving room for up to thirteen pendants. What you receive is the rose itself: the pendants and their cables are not included, so you choose and add those separately to make it a working light.

A rose this size suits a room where one pendant would look lost: over a long dining table, across a kitchen island, or in a stairwell or a double-height hallway where light gathered into one generous group makes sense of the height. Hanging up to thirteen pendants from one disc keeps the ceiling tidy, with a single clean circle in place of a scatter of separate roses. Because the openings are spread over the whole face, and the cables are yours to choose, the drops can hang at varied heights to build a cluster with real depth, or sit level for a calmer, more ordered look.

The black finish is a quiet backdrop that lets the pendants take the eye, and it blends into a dark ceiling or reads as a crisp graphic disc against a pale one. At 7.29KG it is a substantial piece, so it is worth confirming that your ceiling can carry it before you buy. As a mains fitting, it is installed by a qualified electrician. Plan the arrangement of your pendants ahead of fitting day, and measure first: at 750mm across, it needs a clear stretch of ceiling with space around its edge.
