What bulb does the Gin take?

The lamp takes a single GU10 bulb, sold separately. Most users pair this with a warm-white LED GU10 between 4-6W and 2700K-3000K for ambient lighting. The smoked glass tint reduces perceived brightness, so a slightly higher wattage than you might choose for a clear glass shade often works better.

Is it dimmable?

Yes, when paired with a dimmable GU10 bulb and a compatible dimmer switch on the circuit. The lamp itself does not include dimming controls — dimming is controlled at the wall switch or inline dimmer.

What's the difference between the small and large Gin lamps?

The large Gin measures 500mm tall with a 320mm diameter shade. The small Gin is shorter and narrower, better suited to smaller bedside tables or tighter console positions. Both use the same smoked glass and black finish.

How is the smoked glass cleaned?

Wipe the glass with a dry microfibre cloth when the lamp is switched off and cool. For fingerprints or stubborn marks, a barely-damp cloth with distilled water works, but avoid soaking the metal-to-glass joints and do not use household glass cleaners or sprays that might damage the metal finish.
