Description

The Geneve is a die-cast aluminium outdoor wall light with opal polycarbonate lenses that cast light both upwards and downwards from a single E27 bulb (sold separately). The rectangular housing measures 310mm high by 210mm wide with a 95mm projection from the wall, finished in a silver powder coat that resists corrosion in coastal and damp climates. The IP54 rating protects the internal components against dust and water spray from any direction.

Designed for porch lighting, patio walls, and external house walls where ambient rather than spotlight illumination is needed, the Geneve suits both contemporary and traditional UK architecture. The up-and-down light pattern grazes the wall surface above and below the fitting, highlighting brickwork or render texture while providing enough spill light for safe passage along paths and doorways. The opal lenses soften the output from the E27 bulb, eliminating harsh glare when viewed directly at eye level.

The die-cast aluminium construction gives the fitting structural rigidity without excessive weight, allowing it to be fixed to standard masonry walls using the two rear mounting points.
