This stoneware mug carries a heartfelt verse for a friend, set between sprays of watercolour wildflowers on a soft cream glaze. The word "Friend" is written in a flowing script across the front, and beneath it the lines read: "If I had a flower for every time you made me SMILE I'd have a GARDEN to walk in.." The peach handle and peach rim pick up the peach flowers in the artwork, while the back is covered in a meadow of blooms in peach, blue, lilac and soft yellow, with a little bee among them. Just inside the rim sits a small surprise: the words "You're the loveliest", read every time it is filled. It stands 7.5cm tall, 8cm deep and holds 300ml.
