Description

The Freida is a 3 light floor lamp built around a French gold metal frame standing 1540mm tall, with three E14 bulb fittings housed beneath a 350mm ivory cream organza shade. Strands of round crystal beads cascade from the shade rim, each strand ending in a hexagonal crystal drop, giving the lamp both decorative and light-diffusing function.

Designed for living rooms, bedrooms and hallways where ambient lighting with decorative detail is wanted, the Freida casts soft diffused light through the organza shade while the crystal strands catch and scatter reflected light. The 350mm diameter keeps the footprint modest for placement beside sofas, armchairs or console tables in rooms with ceiling heights of 2.4m or above. The French gold finish on the metal column and base provides a warm metallic tone that pairs with traditional, classical and warm-toned contemporary interiors.

The lamp accepts three E14 candle bulbs up to 40W each (sold separately) and is dimmable when paired with suitable dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch. The crystal strands are attached to the shade frame and sit inside the organza, so light passes through both the fabric and the crystal, creating layered visual interest when the lamp is switched on. The 6.3kg weight includes the metal base, column, shade frame and crystal components, giving the lamp stability on most floor surfaces without requiring additional anchoring.
