Description

The Fragma Left is a single-light wall fitting built around a curved ribbon of black chrome that loops from the circular wall plate, supporting a frosted and clear glass globe on a G9 lampholder. The ribbon forms an asymmetric sculptural loop, with the bulb positioned on the left side when viewed head-on. An integrated switch sits on the wall plate, allowing the light to be controlled without reaching for a separate wall switch.

Designed for bedside use, hallways, and reading corners where local control is needed, the integrated switch makes the Fragma particularly suited to positions where wall switching is impractical or where paired lights on either side of a bed or mirror need independent control. The 140mm projection from the wall keeps the fitting clear of headboards and furniture edges while the 240mm overall height provides enough presence to anchor a bedside position without overwhelming a compact wall.

The black chrome finish is a gunmetal tone darker than polished chrome, achieved by layering black oxide over the base chrome plating. This gives the metal a cooler, more industrial character than antique brass or oil-rubbed bronze finishes. The frosted section of the glass globe diffuses the G9 bulb while the clear base section allows some direct light output, creating a balance between ambient glow and functional task light.
