Description

The Forleyet decorative bowl is a wide, shallow metal piece in a brushed brass colour that reads as a warm, soft gold. It measures 33cm across and stands just 2cm high, so it sits low like a tray, with a raised rim that curves gently outwards around a broad, flat base. The brushed surface carries fine circular lines that catch the light quietly rather than shining like a mirror. At 0.51KG it is light enough to lift and move around the house easily, from one room to another as your arrangement changes.

Because it is so shallow, the bowl works best as a catch-all and a display base. On a hallway console it gathers keys, sunglasses and post; on a dressing table it holds rings, watches and perfume bottles; on a coffee table it gives remote controls a tidy home. At 33cm wide it also makes a neat base for grouping a few decorative pieces together on a sideboard or a deep shelf.
