The Forleyet Decorative Bowl takes the shape of a long, shallow leaf, made from aluminium in an antique nickel colour. A raised central vein runs along its length, with fine embossed ribs fanning out on either side, while the rest of the hollow has a speckled, slightly rough texture and the smooth rim curls gently upwards at each end. It is 38.5cm long, 14cm wide and 8cm high, and it weighs 0.85KG. Aluminium is a light metal, so the bowl is easy to lift and move whenever you fancy a change.

Its long, narrow shape suits the slim surfaces where a round bowl would crowd things: a hallway console, a mantelpiece, a deep windowsill or the centre of a dining table.
