Description

Football Stars is a kids rug for the young fan who talks about nothing but the game. Black and white footballs are scattered across a light grey ground, with small white stars dotted in the gaps between them, giving a playful, busy design that still feels calm enough for a bedroom. It is made from 100% polyester and digitally printed, so every football and star has a clean, sharp outline from one edge of the rug to the other.

We think it belongs in a bedroom or a playroom, where the grey sits happily alongside most colour schemes and the footballs give a sports mad child a corner of the house that is clearly theirs. It is sold in three sizes. The 80 by 150cm rug suits the space beside a bed or in front of a desk, the 120 by 170cm size covers more of a playroom floor for games and reading, and the 133cm round rug makes a neat centre point for a smaller room where a rectangle would feel crowded.

Children and floors rarely stay tidy for long, so it helps that this kids rug is washable: a grubby afternoon does not have to mean the end of it. The polyester is easy care as well, which matters in a room that sees toys, snacks and football boots on a daily basis. When choosing a size, measure the floor you want covered and leave a strip of floor showing around the edges, so the rug sits neatly in the room.
