Description
Our Folded Pinwheel Squares 3D wall panels bring a crisp geometric relief to a plain wall. Each panel is divided into four large squares in a two-by-two grid, separated by narrow grooves. Every square is a low faceted pyramid, creased along the diagonal from its outer corner to the panel centre, so the creases meet in a large X. The squares tilt so their edges step up and down along the central grooves, giving the design its pinwheel twist. The panel is white PVC, a 50 x 50cm square, with a relief 25mm deep that throws clear shadows when light falls across it from the side.
These 3D wall panels are made for interior walls in homes, offices, hotels and shops. They suit a feature wall behind a bed or sofa, along a hallway, or behind a reception desk or shop counter. As light moves through the day, the facets of each pyramid catch it at different angles, and the steps at the centre pick out small, crisp shadows. Across a whole wall the panels build a steady grid of crossed diagonals, lively enough to give a room a focus yet calm enough for a bedroom. Four panels cover one square metre, which makes it simple to work out how many a wall needs.
Each panel is made from a 0.8mm sheet. Fitting needs no special equipment: spread adhesive on the back of the panel and press it onto the wall, cutting panels to fit at edges and corners, then fill the joins with filler and wipe them clean. Adhesive and filler are sold separately. Once up, the panels are low maintenance and need nothing more than a wipe with a damp cloth. For the crispest effect, light the wall from one side with a wall washer or floor lamp and keep the furniture in front of it simple.

Frequently Asked
What does the Folded Pinwheel Squares pattern look like?
Each panel has four large faceted squares in a two-by-two grid. Each square is creased from its outer corner to the centre, so the creases form a large X, and the squares tilt for a pinwheel twist.
How big is each panel and how many will I need?
Each panel is a 50 x 50cm square, and four of them cover one square metre, so measure your wall in square metres to work out your order.
How are these 3D wall panels fixed to the wall?
Spread adhesive across the back of each panel and press it onto the wall, cutting panels to fit at the edges. The job needs no special equipment.
Do I need anything else to fit them?
Alongside the panels you will need to buy adhesive and filler separately. The adhesive fixes each panel to the wall and the filler closes the joins between them before you wipe them clean.
Where can I use these panels?
They are made for interior walls in homes, offices, hotels and shops, and work especially well on a feature wall where side light can play across the faceted relief.
How do I clean the panels?
They are low maintenance. A wipe with a damp cloth is all they need to keep the white relief looking fresh on the wall.
