Focus LED CCT Magnetic Track Spotlight 12W 2700-6000K - Black & Brass

The Focus is a magnetic track spotlight with a 12W integrated LED offering adjustable colour temperature from warm 2700K to cool 6000K. The cylindrical aluminium body is finished in brushed brass with a black magnetic track adapter and black honeycomb anti-glare grid at the lamp aperture. The spotlight runs on DC 48V power supplied through the magnetic track system, allowing the head to be repositioned along the track without rewiring.

Designed for residential and commercial accent lighting where colour temperature needs to change throughout the day or between different room functions, the Focus suits art galleries, retail displays, kitchen worktop lighting and living room feature walls. The magnetic track adapter clips onto a compatible Maytoni Exility magnetic track rail (sold separately), holding the spotlight securely in position while allowing it to be moved or rotated by hand. The honeycomb grid reduces glare when the spotlight is angled towards eye level, directing the beam onto the target surface rather than into the viewer's line of sight.

The brushed brass finish on the 52mm diameter body provides a warm metallic accent that pairs with both traditional interiors and warm-toned contemporary schemes. The black track adapter and grid give contrast and define the functional elements of the fitting. Dimming is controlled through a compatible dimmer on the track system power supply, allowing output to be reduced for ambient evening lighting or increased for task lighting during the day. The IP20 rating limits use to dry indoor environments.

Does this spotlight work on standard mains track systems?

No. The Focus uses Maytoni's Exility magnetic track system, which runs on DC 48V power rather than mains voltage. It will not fit standard mains-voltage track rails. A compatible Exility track rail and power supply are required (sold separately).

How is the colour temperature adjusted?

Colour temperature adjustment is typically controlled through a remote control or wall controller supplied with the Exility track system. The spotlight itself does not have onboard controls — all settings are managed through the track system's control interface.

Can the spotlight be angled?

Yes. The spotlight head rotates and tilts on the magnetic track adapter, allowing the beam to be directed onto walls, artwork, worktops or other target surfaces. The magnetic connection holds the spotlight in position once angled.

What is the honeycomb grid for?

The black honeycomb grid at the lamp aperture reduces glare by blocking direct view of the LED light source when the spotlight is angled towards eye level. This directs the light onto the target surface rather than into the viewer's line of sight, improving visual comfort in residential and retail settings.
