Description

The Fluxis is a 45cm flush ceiling light with an integrated LED behind a satin polycarbonate diffuser, mounted in a matt black metal drum. The shallow 80mm profile sits close to the ceiling, making it suitable for rooms with lower ceilings or where a recessed fitting isn't an option. The 3000K colour temperature produces warm white light across the full 450mm diameter of the diffuser.

Designed for bedrooms, kitchens, hallways and offices where functional ambient light is needed without projection or glare, the Fluxis provides even spread across a typical 12-15m² floor area. The polycarbonate diffuser softens the LED source and prevents direct view of the diodes, so the fitting doesn't cause eye strain when mounted in circulation spaces. The flush mount fixes directly to a standard UK ceiling rose or backplate.

The matt black metal body gives a low-key presence that works in both minimal contemporary interiors and alongside darker accent finishes in industrial-style rooms. The polycarbonate is impact-resistant and less prone to yellowing over time than acrylic alternatives. The LED is non-dimmable and rated for IP20 (dry indoor environments only), making this a practical choice for general living spaces but not suitable for bathrooms or outdoor use.
