Description

The Fluxion-1 Large is a 210mm industrial pendant light combining a matt black dome shade with a polished brass suspension frame and twisted fabric cable. The dome shade directs light downwards through a single E27 bulb fitting (sold separately), while the brass cage frame above the shade provides both structural support and visual contrast against the black metalwork.

Designed for kitchen islands, dining tables and breakfast bars, the pendant sits 700-900mm above worktop height when the 1020mm cable drop is adjusted during installation. The 210mm shade diameter provides focused task light over a 900-1200mm counter section without overwhelming the space. Multiple Fluxion-1 pendants can be spaced 600-800mm apart along longer islands or peninsulas to maintain consistent coverage.

The matt black finish on the dome shade minimises surface reflections, keeping attention on the light output rather than the fitting itself. The polished brass frame picks up both natural daylight and artificial light sources, creating subtle highlights where the metal curves meet the shade collar. The IP20 rating restricts installation to dry indoor areas only, and the dimmable-compatible lampholder allows light intensity to be adjusted using a compatible dimmer switch and dimmable E27 LED bulb.
