Description

The Florent is a printed rug in the Fern colourway, covered in large white blooms with deep pink and golden centres, set among soft green leaves and fine trailing stems on a light beige ground. The flowers are scattered across the whole surface rather than framed by a border, so the design looks like a garden in full leaf from every side of the room. It is digitally printed on 100% polyester, which keeps the petals and leaves crisp and the colours clear.

Its romantic floral look suits a living room or a bedroom, where it brings a fresh, garden feel to plain floors. We offer it in four rug sizes and a runner. The 76 by 150cm size suits a bedside, a reading corner or the space in front of a fireplace. At 120 by 170cm or 152 by 230cm it fills the floor in front of a sofa or at the foot of a bed, while 185 by 290cm is large enough to sit under a sofa and coffee table together. The 61 by 230cm runner is made for a hallway or landing.

The rug is washable, a sensible choice for a busy home where muddy paws, dropped crumbs or a spilt cup of tea are part of everyday life, and it means a pale floral rug need not be kept for the rooms nobody uses. Before you choose a size, measure your floor and allow a margin of bare floor around the edges.
