The Flairix is a 100mm round recessed downlight moulded from white gypsum with a GU10 bulb fitting. The gypsum body sits flush with the ceiling surface once installed, creating a barely-there profile that blends into plasterwork rather than projecting below it. The material can be painted with standard emulsion to match the ceiling colour, making the fitting nearly invisible when viewed from below.

Designed for kitchens, hallways, living rooms and commercial spaces where recessed lighting is needed without visible hardware, the Flairix requires a ceiling void depth of at least 80mm to accommodate the lamp holder assembly. The GU10 fitting accepts standard mains-voltage halogen or LED GU10 bulbs up to 50W (sold separately), and the fitting is dimmable when paired with a compatible dimmer switch and dimmable GU10 bulb. The IP20 rating limits the fitting to dry indoor environments.

The gypsum construction gives the Flairix a weight and texture closer to plaster than metal or plastic downlights, which helps it integrate visually with traditional ceiling finishes. The 24mm projection from the ceiling plane once installed is among the shallowest available for GU10 fittings, making it suitable for rooms where ceiling height is constrained. The white gypsum finish arrives ready to paint or can be left as-is for a clean white ceiling appearance.
