Description

The Firenze is a traditional floor lamp built around an ornate resin column finished in gold, rising from a three-footed base to support a 420mm white pleated fabric shade. The column features vertical fluting along the stem and decorative acanthus-leaf detailing at the capital and base, with gold-finished metalwork accenting the top finial and foot terminals. A single E27 bulb socket sits beneath the shade.

Designed for living rooms, bedrooms and reading corners where ambient background light is needed without ceiling-mounted fittings, the Firenze provides soft diffused light through the white fabric shade. The three-point foot spreads the load across bare floors and rugs, and the column height positions the shade at approximately 1.5m above floor level, casting light downward and outward rather than directly at eye level when seated.

The resin construction keeps the weight manageable while allowing fine moulding detail on the column's decorative elements. The gold finish shows tonal variation from lighter champagne gold on the high points to deeper antique gold in recessed areas, creating depth under room lighting.
