Description

The Firenze is a table lamp built around a turned resin base with fluted detailing and gold accent bands, topped with a cream fabric empire shade. The base stands approximately 300mm tall from the circular foot to the E14 bulb fitting, giving the assembled lamp a total height of around 480mm with the shade fitted. The resin is finished in an off-white tone with slight texture, while the gold bands at the neck, mid-section and foot reference classical urn forms.

Designed for bedside tables, console tables and side tables in bedrooms, living rooms and hallways, the Firenze functions as both ambient and task lighting depending on the bulb choice. The 240mm-diameter fabric shade diffuses light upward and downward, casting a soft pool of light across the table surface and a warmer glow onto walls and ceilings. The compact footprint suits smaller furniture pieces without dominating the available space.

The resin base gives the lamp a solid feel without the weight or fragility of ceramic, and the moulded fluting creates depth when lit from above by the bulb inside the shade.
