Description

The Fiora is a 600mm vertical wall light built from two cylindrical columns of natural Spanish alabaster, joined at the centre by a matt black metal band that conceals the fixing point and the integrated 8W 3000K LED. The alabaster sits 80mm in diameter and runs the full length of the fitting above and below the band, with light emerging through the translucent stone rather than from a visible bulb.

Designed for hallways, stairwells, bedside positions and bathroom zones outside splash areas, the Fiora projects 180mm from the wall and reads as a slim vertical line at 100mm wide. Pairs work well flanking a mirror, a bed or a doorway, while a single fitting suits a narrow corridor or alcove. The integrated LED runs on 230V mains and removes the need to source or replace a bulb.

Each alabaster column is cut from natural stone, so veining, mineral inclusions and tonal shifts vary between pieces — visible in the warmer caramel and grey markings near the ends of the columns. The matt black band gives a graphic horizontal break against the soft cream of the lit stone, anchoring the fitting on the wall and providing tonal contrast in white, plaster, dark green and monochrome interiors. Solid copper construction beneath the matt black finish gives the fitting noticeable weight in the hand.

Does the Fiora come with a bulb?

Yes. The light source is an integrated 8W LED with a 3000K warm white colour temperature, built into the matt black central band. There is no separate bulb to source or replace.

Is it suitable for bathrooms?

The Fiora is not supplied with a published IP rating, so it should be installed in dry interior locations such as hallways, bedrooms and living areas, or in bathroom zones outside direct splash range. For zoned bathroom installation, please contact us to confirm suitability before purchase.

Will the alabaster veining match between two units?

No. Each column is cut from natural Spanish alabaster, so veining, tonal variation and mineral inclusions differ between pieces. Pairs installed either side of a mirror or bed will read as clearly related but not identical, which is part of the character of the natural stone.

How is the alabaster cleaned?

Wipe the stone with a soft, dry microfibre cloth. Avoid household sprays, polishes and chemical cleaners, as alabaster is porous and softer than marble. For stubborn marks, a barely damp cloth with distilled water can be used, but the stone should not be soaked.
