Description

The Fermi is a 5-light cluster pendant built around a 65cm circular chrome canopy supporting five chrome-finish dome shades on adjustable cable drops. Each dome pairs a reflective chrome upper with a clear glass lower half, beneath which a short cascade of faceted crystal droplets hangs inside the glass. The five E27 bulb fittings (bulbs sold separately) sit above the crystal, casting light through the droplets and the clear glass to create both functional downlight and decorative sparkle.

Designed for dining tables, kitchen islands and open-plan living areas with ceiling heights of 2.4m or higher, the Fermi provides multi-point task and ambient lighting across a 65-91cm spread. The cable drops are individually adjustable between 33cm and 95cm during installation, allowing the five pendants to be set at staggered heights for a cascading effect or at uniform height for symmetrical coverage. The chrome finish reflects surrounding light and pairs with contemporary, industrial and mixed-metal interiors.

Each dome measures approximately 17-20cm in diameter at the widest point, giving the cluster a substantial presence without overwhelming a typical 1.8-2.4m dining table or kitchen island. The crystal droplets inside the clear glass lower halves catch and refract light from the E27 bulbs above, producing small points of reflected light across walls and ceilings when the fitting is switched on. The IP20 rating limits the Fermi to dry indoor locations — dining rooms, kitchens, hallways and living rooms.

Can it be used in a bathroom or outdoor covered area?

No. The IP20 rating limits the Fermi to dry indoor locations only. It is not rated for bathroom zones or outdoor use, even under a covered porch or gazebo.
