Description
Our Faux Fur Cheetah Print rug brings the spotted coat of a cheetah to your floor in a fur effect finish. Dense black spots sit on a cream ground, closing up along the centre where warm tan shading runs down the spine. Rather than a plain rectangle, the rug is cut to the outline of a hide, with a head, four legs and a gently curved edge. It is machine woven from a blend of polyester and acrylic, in the Brown / White colourway.
Animal print looks its best with room around it, so we would lay this rug on a plain wooden or tiled floor in a living room or bedroom, where the spots and shaped outline stand out. It comes in two sizes. The 150 by 200cm rug suits the space in front of a sofa or armchair, or beside a bed, while the larger 180 by 240cm size reaches partly under a sofa or across the foot of a double bed. The cream and black colouring sits easily with neutral walls and warm woods.
Because the rug follows the shape of a hide, its head and legs reach beyond the main body, so lay it where those edges will not catch on a door or chair legs. The polyester and acrylic blend gives a faux fur look with no animal skin involved. Before you order, mark the size out on the floor with masking tape to see how much of the outline will show around your furniture.
