The Fabio is a compact clip on lamp in white and silver, made to put a spot of light exactly where you need it. A white spring clip grips the edge of a desk or shelf, a flexible silver gooseneck rises from the clip, and a white bell shaped shade sits at the tip. The whole lamp is 37.5cm tall, 10cm long and 8cm wide. It takes an E14 bulb of up to 40W, which is not included, so you can choose the bulb that suits the job. Rated IP20, it belongs indoors in dry rooms.

Because it clips on rather than standing on a base, it leaves the surface free. That counts for a lot on a small desk, a bookshelf or a busy home office worktable. Bend the gooseneck and the shade follows, so you can aim the light onto a page, a keyboard or a piece of craft work, then turn it aside when you have finished.
