Description

The Exility T-connector is a recessed track lighting junction piece designed for installation into 12.5mm plasterboard ceilings, creating a flush T-junction where three track sections meet. The connector is constructed from black-finished aluminium with an IP20 rating, measuring 132mm along the longest axis and sitting 46mm deep when fully recessed into the ceiling void.

Designed for commercial and residential track lighting installations where the track runs are set into the ceiling rather than surface-mounted, the T-connector allows the lighting grid to change direction at 90-degree intersections. The recessed design means the track sits flush with the plaster surface once the ceiling is finished, giving a cleaner visual line than surface-mounted track systems. The connector distributes power across all three track sections, so spotlights can be positioned anywhere along the connected runs.

The black aluminium finish matches the Exility track system and pairs with black ceiling finishes or provides contrast against white plasterboard. The 100mm width accommodates the track profile and the flange tabs that secure the connector to the plasterboard structure during installation.
