Description

The Exility Track Flexible Corner Power Connector is a 15cm white plastic connector designed to join two sections of Maytoni Exility track lighting rail at angles other than straight runs. The flexible cable section allows the connector to bend around corners, junctions and ceiling angles while maintaining electrical continuity between track sections on a DC 48V system.

Designed for commercial and residential track lighting installations where layout requires turns or L-shaped configurations, the connector bridges two track rail ends with a 15cm flexible span. The white finish matches Maytoni's Exility white track rail components and recedes visually into white or light-coloured ceilings. The connector is rated IP20 for indoor dry-location use only.

The flexible cable construction allows the connector to accommodate angles from straight (180°) through to 90° right-angle turns without kinking or overstressing the internal conductors. At 26cm total length including both rigid plug ends, the connector provides enough flex span to bridge typical corner gaps in residential and retail ceiling grids. The plastic housing keeps the overall weight minimal while protecting the DC 48V conductors inside.

What track system is this compatible with?

This connector is designed specifically for Maytoni Exility track lighting systems operating on DC 48V. It will not fit other manufacturers' track rail or mains-voltage AC track systems.

What angles can the flexible section accommodate?

The 15cm flexible cable span allows angles from straight runs (180°) through to 90° right-angle corners without kinking. The flexible section should not be bent tighter than 90° to avoid damaging the internal conductors.

Can this be used outdoors or in bathrooms?

No. The IP20 rating means this connector is suitable for indoor dry locations only. It is not rated for outdoor use, bathrooms, kitchens or other damp or wet environments.

How is it installed?

The connector plugs into the ends of two separate sections of Exility track rail, bridging the gap between them with the flexible cable section. No additional wiring is required beyond ensuring the track system itself is correctly powered and earthed. Refer to the product manual for full installation guidance.
