The Eveready AAA Super Zinc Heavy Duty Batteries are carbon zinc 1.5V cells supplied in a 4-pack blister. Carbon zinc chemistry provides stable voltage for low-drain devices such as wall clocks, TV remotes, kitchen timers and basic torch applications where continuous high current is not required.

Each cell measures 44.5mm long by 10.5mm diameter, matching the standard AAA form factor that fits most remote controls, wireless mice, small LED torches and household electronics. The zinc carbon chemistry delivers consistent power at a lower cost per cell than alkaline equivalents, making these batteries a practical choice for devices that drain slowly over time or are used intermittently. Eveready rates them for up to 3 years shelf life when stored at room temperature.

The 4-cell blister pack includes a hang tab for retail display and the cells are individually protected to prevent short-circuiting during storage or transport. Carbon zinc cells perform best in moderate temperatures and are not recommended for high-drain devices like digital cameras or motorised toys, where alkaline or lithium chemistry would deliver better performance.
