Description

The Eve is a 2-light table lamp built around a single sculptural anthracite branch that curves upward from a circular base to support a 300mm round black shade. The branch splits at the top into a Y-shape, with each arm terminating in an E27 bulb holder inside the shade. The shade itself is made from a wrinkled black fabric with a frosted inner lining that diffuses the light from both bulbs across the surrounding surface.

Designed for side tables, console tables and bedside use, the Eve provides ambient lighting rather than task light. The two E27 bulbs (sold separately) sit vertically within the shade, with the frosted lining preventing direct bulb glare while allowing the light to spread in all directions. The 510mm overall height positions the bottom of the shade approximately 360mm above the table surface, making it suitable for use alongside a sofa or armchair without blocking sightlines across the room.

The anthracite finish on the metal branch has a low-sheen powder coat that absorbs rather than reflects light, creating a darker, more matte profile than polished metal finishes. The lamp takes two E27 (Edison screw) bulbs up to a combined wattage determined by the cable and fitting rating. Bulbs are sold separately. Most users pair this with warm-white LED bulbs between 6-10W each and 2700K-3000K for ambient bedside or living room lighting.

Is the Eve dimmable?
