Description

The Eve is a single-arm wall light with an anthracite-finished metal bracket that curves upward to support a rectangular white fabric shade. The shade measures 180mm wide by 340mm tall and is made from a pleated white synthetic fabric that diffuses light from a single E27 bulb (sold separately). The bracket projects 140mm from the wall, positioning the shade clear of the mounting surface.

Designed for bedrooms, hallways and lounges where wall-mounted ambient light is preferred over ceiling fittings or table lamps, the Eve works as a bedside reading light when mounted 1.2-1.5m above a mattress, or as corridor lighting when spaced 2-3m apart along a hallway. The compact 180mm width allows it to fit between furniture pieces or in alcoves where wider wall lights would not. The anthracite finish is a dark grey-brown metal coating that contrasts with the white shade without being as stark as matt black.

The pleated fabric shade creates visible vertical texture across its surface, which remains visible when the light is off and adds dimensionality under daylight. When lit, the white fabric diffuses the bulb evenly, avoiding harsh shadows or hot spots. The E27 socket accepts standard screw-fit bulbs up to typical wattage limits (see Specification), giving flexibility to choose LED, halogen or filament bulbs depending on the desired colour temperature and brightness. The lamp is dimmable when paired with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulb.
