Description

The Euphoria is a 1.58m polished chrome column floor lamp built from clean-edged metal panels that frame frosted and clear patterned glass inserts on each face. Two T5 tubular fluorescent bulbs run vertically inside the column, diffusing light through the glass and casting layered reflections from the chrome framework. The 270mm-square footprint gives the lamp a substantial vertical presence without occupying significant floor space.

Designed for lounges, hallways, reception areas and bedroom corners where ambient vertical light is needed, the Euphoria functions as both a light source and an architectural accent. The combination of frosted and clear glass creates visual depth when lit, with the patterned glass breaking the light into diffused zones while the chrome edges reflect sharper highlights. The narrow profile suits tighter spaces where a traditional floor lamp with a wide shade would intrude.

The polished chrome finish pairs with contemporary monochrome, metallic and cool-toned interiors. At 12.05kg the lamp is heavy enough to remain stable on carpet or hard floors without needing to be weighted, and the metal construction handles high-traffic residential and commercial environments. The Euphoria uses two T5 tubular fluorescent bulbs, which are included. The T5 socket is fixed and cannot accept standard LED, CFL or filament bulbs as retrofit alternatives.

Is it dimmable?

No. The T5 fluorescent bulbs are not compatible with dimmer switches. The lamp operates at full 108W output when switched on.

How is the glass cleaned?

The frosted and clear glass panels can be wiped with a damp microfibre cloth and glass cleaner. The chrome framework cleans with a soft cloth and mild metal polish to remove fingerprints and restore shine.

Where does the cable exit?

The mains cable exits from the base of the chrome column. The lamp requires a standard UK 3-pin plug socket within approximately 1.5-2m of the installation position, depending on the cable length supplied.
