Description

The Euphoria is a 1010mm linear suspension light built around a polished chrome rectangular frame that holds layered panels of clear and etched glass. Two T5 fluorescent tubes sit behind the etched glass, creating a diffused 2700K warm white light that spreads evenly across the length of the fitting. The clear glass outer panels frame the frosted core, adding depth and visual separation between the light source and the surrounding space.

Designed for kitchen islands, dining tables and commercial reception desks between 1-1.2m wide, the Euphoria's narrow 100mm width and 1010mm length create a defined line of light without dominating the space below. The suspension cables adjust between 540mm and 800mm, allowing the fitting to be set 700-800mm above a worktop or dining surface depending on ceiling height. The polished chrome finish reflects ambient light during the day and adds a mirrored accent to the glass layers.

The etched glass panels diffuse the T5 tubes completely, preventing glare when viewed from the side, while the clear glass outer layers maintain optical clarity and give the fitting architectural definition. At 5.4kg the Euphoria requires a ceiling fixing point rated for at least 8kg load. The T5 fittings are integrated and non-replaceable with LED or CFL bulbs — this is a fluorescent-specific design with a 78W combined power draw across both tubes.

The 1010mm length works over kitchen islands or dining tables between 1-1.2m wide. For wider surfaces, Mantra produces a larger Euphoria variant or multiple fittings can be run in sequence. The narrow 100mm width keeps the fitting unobtrusive when viewed from the side.

Is it dimmable?

No. T5 fluorescent fittings require specific ballasts for dimming, and this model does not include a dimmable ballast. The light output is fixed at 78W across both tubes.

How is the glass cleaned?

The clear glass outer panels can be wiped with standard glass cleaner. The etched inner panels should be cleaned with a soft dry cloth or barely-damp microfibre to avoid streaking on the frosted surface. Avoid abrasive cleaners that can damage the etched finish.
