Description

The Espire Smoke and Heat Multi-Sensor Alarm combines smoke and heat detection in a single unit. It runs on 230V mains AC with a non-replaceable 10 year lithium battery backup, so it keeps working during a power cut. The housing is made from UL94-V0 rated, UV stabilised ABS and measures ø132 x 59.5mm.

This alarm supports both wired interconnect and RF-Link, letting you connect up to 28 devices so that when one alarm sounds, they all sound. RF-Link operation requires the separate ES1RF module. The alarm is rated to Installation Grade D1 for use in domestic properties.

By reading both smoke and heat, the multi-sensor helps reduce false alarms while covering different types of fire. It is a practical choice for homes where you want mains reliability alongside a long-life sealed battery.
