The Energizer Max AAA alkaline batteries deliver 1.5V output in the standard LR03 cell size, supplied here in a 16-pack. Each cell uses Energizer's alkaline chemistry designed for consistent voltage output across both high-drain devices like digital cameras and low-drain devices like remote controls, with a 10-year shelf life from manufacture.

AAA cells fit wireless keyboards, computer mice, remote controls, LED torches, bathroom scales, children's electronic toys, smoke alarms and portable radios. The batteries ship ready to use, requiring no charging or conditioning, and the 16-pack provides spares for multiple devices or replacement cells for high-use items like gaming controllers or kitchen timers that cycle through batteries more frequently.

Energizer's PowerSeal technology aims to prevent leakage during storage and normal use by sealing the cell with a dual-seal closure at the negative terminal. Energizer Max AAA alkaline batteries carry a 10-year shelf life from the date of manufacture. The cells retain charge during storage, so a pack bought today will still deliver full voltage if opened and used several years later.

Are they rechargeable?

No. These are single-use alkaline cells. Once depleted they should be disposed of through household battery recycling schemes. Energizer produces a separate rechargeable range if reusable cells are required.
