Description

The Emberlux is a 300mm tall column pendant finished in matt black metal, housing a single GU10 bulb fitting that directs light downward through the base of the column. The rectangular cross-section measures 60mm square, giving the pendant a narrow vertical profile that reads as a single line when viewed from most angles in the room.

Designed for task and accent lighting over kitchen islands, dining tables and breakfast bars, the Emberlux provides focused downlight without spreading glare sideways. The 2000mm cable allows the pendant to be suspended 600-900mm above a worktop or 700-800mm above a dining table depending on ceiling height. Multiple Emberlux pendants can be spaced along a kitchen island or bar to provide even coverage without needing a multi-pendant canopy.

The matt black finish has a low sheen that absorbs ambient light rather than reflecting it, making the pendant recede visually in darker rooms while the column's geometric form remains distinct in daylight. The metal body dissipates heat from the GU10 bulb fitting, and the IP20 rating confirms the pendant for dry indoor use only. Dimmable GU10 LED bulbs (sold separately) pair with standard trailing-edge or leading-edge dimmers to adjust output from full working light to low accent.
