Each shade accepts a standard E27 bulb up to 60W, allowing flexibility to pair warm filament lamps for ambient lighting or cooler LED for functional brightness. The hand-blown glass gives each shade slight variation in tonal depth and surface texture, so the bronze may read darker or lighter depending on the individual piece. What bulbs does the Elsa take?

Can the drop heights be adjusted?

Yes. Each shade hangs on an individual cable that can be shortened during installation to adjust the staggered drop configuration. The minimum drop is 350mm and maximum is 2400mm per shade.

Is the Elsa dimmable?

The fitting itself is dimmer-compatible. You will need dimmable E27 bulbs and a compatible wall dimmer to control the brightness. Not all LED bulbs dim smoothly, so choose bulbs rated as dimmable for best results.

What ceiling height is needed?

The Elsa is designed for rooms with ceiling heights of 3m or above where the staggered vertical drop can be appreciated. In lower-ceilinged rooms the cluster may feel compressed and the bottom shade may hang too low over a table or worktop.
