The 1.4m height positions the bulb fitting at a typical standing lamp height of around 1.3m when paired with a standard 300-400mm shade, suitable for side-of-sofa reading or ambient room lighting. What bulb does it take?

The lamp takes a standard E27 (Edison screw) bulb up to 100W. Most users pair this with a warm-white LED bulb between 6-12W and 2700K-3000K for ambient and reading light. Bulbs are sold separately.

Is it dimmable?
