Description

The Dune is a 1065mm linear track light with an integrated 28W LED running at 3000K, housed in a black powder-coated aluminium extrusion. The fitting mounts onto 3-phase track via an adapter that clips into the track rail at any point along its length, allowing positioning to be adjusted without re-wiring. The linear LED source provides continuous light output across the full 1.065m length rather than discrete spotlights.

Designed for retail displays, office corridors, showrooms and gallery spaces where continuous linear illumination is needed without recessing into the ceiling, the Dune pairs with standard 3-phase track infrastructure. The black finish on the aluminium housing reduces visual impact when viewed from below and blends into dark ceilings. The 32mm projection and 43mm height keep the profile low enough to suit ceiling heights from 2.4m upwards without dominating the space.

The 3000K colour temperature delivers a neutral warm white that renders merchandise, artwork and wall colours naturally without the cooler tone of 4000K commercial LEDs. The integrated LED runs at 28W total power draw across the 1065mm length, providing functional illumination for task areas or accent lighting for wall displays. The IP20 rating limits use to dry indoor environments — not suitable for bathrooms, kitchens or outdoor canopies.

What track system does this fit?

The Dune is designed for 3-phase track systems. It will not fit single-circuit track or 2-wire track — the adapter requires a 3-phase rail with the corresponding electrical contacts. Ideal Lux, SLV and other manufacturers produce compatible 3-phase track that this fitting will mount onto.

Is the Dune dimmable?

No. The integrated LED driver does not support dimming. If dimmable linear track lighting is required, please contact us to discuss alternative Ideal Lux models with DALI or phase-cut dimming capability.

Can multiple Dune fittings be joined end-to-end?

No. Each Dune fitting is a discrete 1065mm unit that mounts independently onto the track. They can be positioned close to one another along the same track rail, but they do not mechanically or electrically join to form a continuous run.

What is the light output in lumens?
