Description

Dubai is a traditional rug in a deep, rich red, with navy and cream detailing picking out every motif. The centre is laid out in neat rows of octagonal medallions, each with a small cream star at its heart, framed by several bands of border: fine geometric stripes and a broad band of diamonds running all the way round. It is machine made from polyester, with a smooth pile that is soft underfoot, so the classic look comes with a comfortable, even surface.

This red rug suits a living room, where its warm colour sits well against light walls and pale wooden floors. The 120 by 170cm size works in front of a sofa or armchair, while 160 by 230cm and 200 by 290cm are generous enough to sit under the front legs of a sofa and chairs, pulling a seating area together.
