Description

The Drift rug is a modern piece in the Beige / Green colourway, with an abstract design of soft horizontal bands that flow across the surface. Cream and green streaks run into one another, the green deepening in some bands and fading almost to cream in others, so the rug reads as gentle movement rather than a hard geometric pattern. It is machine woven from 100% polypropylene, a synthetic fibre, and the fine vertical flecks within each band give the surface a brushed, textured look.

We think it sits happily in a living room, where its quiet greens and creams suit natural wood floors, neutral walls and grey or oatmeal upholstery. It comes in three sizes. The 80 by 150cm rug is a neat choice in front of an armchair or in a reading corner, the 120 by 170cm size fits under a coffee table in a smaller lounge, and the 160 by 230cm rug is large enough for the front legs of a sofa and chairs to rest on it, pulling a seating area together.
