Description

The Drawing Room is a single-arm wall light with a walnut-finished die-cast aluminium back plate and curved bracket supporting a fluted pressed glass shade. The back plate carries embossed fretwork detail inspired by Edwardian architectural motifs, including overlapping arch patterns and radial relief that catch light when the fitting is illuminated. The glass shade tapers outward from a decorated metal collar, diffusing light from a single E27 bulb.

Designed for hallways, landings, living rooms and bedrooms where supplementary ambient light is needed without a ceiling pendant, the wall light projects 201mm from the wall and measures 249mm tall, fitting comfortably between dado and picture rail heights in period properties or as accent lighting in contemporary interiors that mix classical and modern elements. The walnut finish reads as a dark bronze-brown with subtle metallic highlights where the relief detail sits proud of the surface.

The pressed glass shade is moulded with vertical fluting that runs from the collar to the rim, refracting light into soft bands across the glass surface when the bulb is on. The die-cast aluminium construction gives the fitting a solid 1.2kg presence on the wall without requiring reinforced fixings in typical plasterboard or brick installations.
