The Dracera is a ten light pendant built as a cascade. Ten slim black drops hang from a round black steel ceiling canopy, and each carries a curved, leaf-shaped steel shade above a small black dome that holds the light. The shades are finished in black and gold, and because the leaves sit at different angles you catch both colours at once rather than a single block of finish. It stands 150cm tall overall and is 58cm in diameter. The light source is integrated LED, ten lights at 2.3W each, and the IP20 rating settles where it goes: indoors, in a dry room.

With its drops hanging at staggered heights, the Dracera is one we would hang where there is ceiling height to spare: a stairwell, a double-height hallway or a generous dining room, where the lowest leaves can sit above the table. Each light gives 280 lumens at 3000K, a warm light that sits comfortably in living and dining spaces through the evening.
