Description

This pack of two dimmable LED capsule bulbs brings warm white light to any fitting that takes a G9 cap. Each bulb is a slim capsule of clear glass with a yellow LED strip inside and two looped pins at its base, and it measures 1.6cm in diameter. Each one draws 4.2W and gives 470lm at 2700K, a warm light with the soft, golden tone most of us want in a living room or bedroom. The IP20 rating settles where they belong: indoors, in dry rooms only.

We suggest them for wall lights, ceiling clusters, desk lamps and small pendants around the home, wherever the fitting takes G9 bulbs and stays dry. Because they are dimmable, you can bring the light right down for a film or a late supper and raise it again whenever you sit down to read. Buying them as a pair means a fitting with two G9 holders is sorted in one go, or you keep a spare in the drawer for the day the first bulb fails.
