Description

The Desigual Large is a 200mm cube wall light built around a matt black metal frame that wraps a frosted white globe shade. The opal glass diffuser sits within the open cube structure, casting soft ambient light in all directions while the frame itself creates geometric shadow patterns on adjacent walls. The E27 fitting accepts standard Edison screw bulbs up to the manufacturer's recommended wattage (sold separately).

Designed for hallways, bedrooms, living rooms and stairwell landings where ambient rather than task lighting is needed, the Desigual provides functional light without glare. The 200mm cube projects 215mm from the wall, making it suitable for walls with sufficient clearance from doorways and circulation routes. The fitting mounts to a standard wall box and the wiring runs through the rear plate behind the cube frame.

The matt black finish absorbs light rather than reflecting it, keeping visual focus on the frosted globe rather than the metal frame. The cube geometry gives the fitting a sculptural presence that works in both modern and industrial interiors.
