Description

The Dernessa is a fabric pendant light with a generous drum shade, 38cm across, in a soft grey fabric with a warm, taupe cast and a fine woven texture. It hangs from a round ceiling canopy and a slim rod in satin nickel. The whole light measures 110cm in overall height. Inside, the drum is lined in white and open at the base, so light falls straight down onto whatever sits beneath it. It takes one E27 bulb up to a maximum of 60W. The bulb is not included, which leaves the choice of colour and brightness with you. It is rated IP20, so it belongs indoors in dry rooms.

A drum of this width sits comfortably over a dining table, and it is just as at home in the centre of a living room or bedroom ceiling. Over a table, the open base puts light where you eat and read.
