Description

The Danebourne is a compact cordless table lamp that runs on a rechargeable battery, standing 355mm tall on a stepped brass base with a 160mm footprint. A three-stage touch dimmer moves the light through low, medium and bright at 40, 80 and 155 lumens, so a single tap takes it from a soft bedside glow up to a brighter reading level. At just 0.6kg it is easy to lift and move, and the 1.5W integrated LED gives a warm white 2700K light. The brushed aged brass plating carries a gentle, aged sheen.

Its smaller height makes it a natural bedside lamp, but with no flex to worry about it works equally on a shelf, a windowsill or a console in a hallway. A full charge takes around 5.5 hours and lasts up to 36 hours of continuous use, topping back up through the supplied USB-C to USB-A cable. The stepped classic base has a traditional look that suits period bedrooms and cottages, while the pale shade keeps it soft enough for lighter, modern schemes and small spaces where a wired lamp is hard to place.

A 16cm Ikat shade sits on top, made in vintage white cotton-mix fabric with a hand-finished almond white taped edge and a tapered form that softens the spread of light. The shade clips onto the holder and the 3.7V battery is fitted and ready to charge. Keep the lamp away from damp and wipe the brass and fabric with a dry, soft cloth.
