Description
The Dallas is a 3 light wall light built around a circular brushed brass backplate with three opal glass globes arranged on extending brass arms. Each globe houses a G9 bulb (sold separately, max 28W total across the three sockets) and the white opal glass diffuses the light output to create even ambient illumination without harsh bulb glare.
Designed for bedrooms, hallways, living rooms and bathrooms (IP20 rated, suitable for zones outside direct water contact), the Dallas mounts flush to the wall with the backplate measuring 20cm wide and the arms projecting 12cm. The 26cm height spans from the bottom of the lower globe to the top of the upper globe, giving the fitting a vertical presence that works on walls with limited horizontal space or flanking mirrors and artwork.
The brass finish carries a brushed texture that softens reflections and pairs with both warm-toned and neutral interiors. The three globes are positioned asymmetrically — one on a vertical arm extending upward, two on arms extending at angles to the sides — creating visual interest without symmetry. The opal glass is dense enough to fully conceal the bulb filament or LED chip when lit, presenting three glowing orbs rather than visible light sources.
The G9 base accepts both halogen and LED bulbs, allowing control over colour temperature and energy consumption. Most installations pair the Dallas with warm-white 2700K-3000K LEDs at 3-5W per socket for bedroom and living room use, or cooler 4000K LEDs for bathrooms and hallways where task visibility matters more than ambience.

Frequently Asked
What bulbs does the Dallas take?
The Dallas uses three G9 bulbs, sold separately. The maximum total wattage across all three sockets is 28W. Most users fit 3-5W warm-white LED G9 bulbs for bedroom and living room installations, or 4-5W cool-white LEDs for bathrooms and hallways.
Can it be used in a bathroom?
The IP20 rating means the Dallas is suitable for bathroom zones outside direct water contact — typically zone 3 (more than 60cm from a bath or shower) or general bathroom areas away from wet zones. It cannot be installed inside shower enclosures or directly above baths.
How far does it project from the wall?
The backplate sits flush to the wall and the arms project 12cm outward. This makes the Dallas suitable for hallways and alcoves where deeper projection would obstruct movement.
Is the brass finish lacquered?
The brushed brass finish is factory-sealed to resist tarnishing under normal indoor conditions. Cleaning with a dry microfibre cloth maintains the finish without additional polishing.
