Designed for contemporary and transitional interiors where ambient light needs to cover a wide area without a single central pendant dropping too low, the Dallas suits spaces of 20-30m² where multiple ceiling points are not preferred. The white opal glass diffuses light softly in all directions, avoiding the harsh shadows of bare-bulb fittings. What bulbs does it take and are they included?

The Dallas takes 20 x G9 bulbs at 28W each. Bulbs are sold separately. Most users fit G9 LED bulbs between 2-4W and 2700K-3000K warm white to reduce running costs and heat output compared to halogen.

Is it suitable for low ceilings?

The 25cm drop from ceiling to the lowest globe makes it suitable for standard UK ceiling heights of 2.4m and above. In rooms with 2.2m ceilings the fitting may feel visually heavy but will still clear head height in circulation zones.

Can it be used in a bathroom?

No. The IP20 rating restricts the fitting to dry indoor areas only. It is not suitable for bathrooms, kitchens with high steam exposure, or outdoor covered areas.

What room size does it suit?

The 75cm diameter and 20-light output suit living rooms, dining rooms and open-plan spaces of approximately 20-30m². In smaller rooms under 15m² the fitting may dominate visually; in rooms over 35m² it may not provide sufficient ambient light on its own.
