Description

The Knightsbridge cylinder track spotlight is a white-finished aluminium spotlight head that mounts onto standard track lighting rails using a plastic connector. The spotlight accepts a single GU10 lamp (sold separately) up to 50W and provides 350° horizontal rotation plus 80° vertical tilt, allowing light to be directed across a wide range of angles once fitted to the track.

Designed for retail, gallery, kitchen and office track lighting systems, the spotlight works with both halogen and LED GU10 lamps, giving flexibility to choose the light temperature, brightness and beam angle that suits the application. The 131mm projection from the track rail means the spotlight sits clear of ceiling surfaces and other fittings on the same track, reducing shadowing and allowing multiple heads to be positioned close together without interference.

The white powder-coated aluminium finish provides a neutral backdrop that blends with white ceilings and painted track rails, making the spotlight itself less visually prominent than darker finishes. The GU10 fitting is compatible with dimmable LED lamps when paired with an appropriate dimmer on the track circuit. The IP20 rating limits use to indoor dry locations only.

What track systems is this compatible with?

The spotlight uses a standard plastic track connector compatible with most single-circuit track lighting systems in the UK market. If you are unsure whether your existing track rail will accept this fitting, contact us with the track manufacturer details before ordering.

Does it come with a bulb?

No. The spotlight requires a GU10 lamp up to 50W maximum, sold separately. Most users pair this with a 5-7W LED GU10 in either warm white (2700K-3000K) for residential or neutral white (4000K) for retail and office use.

Can it be dimmed?

Dimming depends on the GU10 lamp you install. If you use a dimmable LED GU10 and the track circuit is connected to a compatible LED dimmer, the spotlight will dim. Halogen GU10 lamps are typically dimmable on standard trailing-edge dimmers.

What angle range does the tilt and rotation give?

The spotlight tilts 80° from vertical, allowing it to be angled from nearly straight down to almost horizontal. It rotates 350° around the vertical axis, so you can point it in nearly any direction once mounted on the track.
