Description

Cotswold Fantasia is a romantic floral rug in the Blue colourway, with a fresh blue green ground and a fine golden trellis. Through the lattice runs a garden of botanical sprays: tall foxgloves, ferns and broad leaves in deep blue and green, with clusters of pink, coral, red and violet flowers that give the design a cottage garden charm. The pattern is digitally printed onto a rug made entirely of polyester, which lets every petal and stem come through in fine detail.

This printed rug suits a living room or sitting room that wants colour and a little romance. Laid in front of a sofa, its trellis and flowers bring the garden indoors, and the blue green ground sits with soft greys, deep navy and bright pinks. We sell it in four sizes: a 61 by 230cm runner for a hallway or the side of a bed, 120 by 170cm for a reading corner or in front of an armchair, 152 by 230cm under a coffee table, and 185 by 290cm to reach under a sofa and chairs, or a bed.

Because the rug is washable, a spill in a busy room is far less of a worry. That makes it a sensible choice for a family living room or a hallway that sees plenty of comings and goings. Before you choose a size, measure the space and mark it out on the floor; most people like a living room rug to reach under the front feet of the sofa, which ties the seating together.
