Description

The Coniston is a 54cm diameter crystal chandelier built from nine E14 bulb fittings arranged across multiple tiers of faceted crystal droplets, all suspended from a polished chrome canopy and chain. Each tier holds a ring of clear cut crystal pieces that catch and refract light from the nine internal bulbs, creating scattered reflections across walls and ceilings when lit.

Designed for dining rooms, hallways and bedrooms with ceiling heights between 2.5m and 4m, the Coniston's adjustable drop runs from 770mm to 2290mm on installation, allowing the chandelier to be set at 700-900mm above a dining table or higher in a double-height entrance. The 54cm diameter suits spaces approximately 3.5-4.5m across without dominating smaller rooms. The polished chrome frame provides a reflective contrast to the clear crystal and works in both traditional and contemporary interiors where a metallic accent is preferred over brass or bronze.

The crystal arrangement follows a domed profile narrowing toward the base, with each tier offset to create depth when viewed from below. At 20kg installed weight the chandelier requires ceiling fixings rated for at least 25kg and a joist or solid ceiling structure — plasterboard alone will not support it.
