Description

This Knightsbridge conical track spotlight mounts to standard single-circuit track systems and houses a single GU10 bulb behind a white aluminium body with ribbed cooling fins. The head rotates 350° on the track connector and tilts 80° from near-vertical to near-horizontal, allowing light to be directed at shelving, artwork, worktops or wall features.

Designed for retail, gallery, kitchen and home office installations where directed accent or task lighting is needed, the spotlight pairs with track systems already fitted to ceilings or walls. The 58mm diameter head and 155mm total projection from track suit rooms with standard ceiling heights and work where a compact fitting is required to avoid blocking sightlines. The plastic track connector fits Knightsbridge and most standard single-circuit track rails.

The white powder-coated aluminium finish suits neutral and contemporary interiors, and the ribbed construction around the lamp holder provides passive cooling for LED and halogen GU10 bulbs up to 50W. Dimming capability depends entirely on the bulb chosen — a dimmable LED bulb paired with a compatible dimmer will allow full dimming; a non-dimmable bulb will not. The IP20 rating restricts use to dry indoor locations.

Does it come with a bulb?

No. The spotlight requires a GU10 bulb up to 50W maximum, sold separately. Most users pair this with a 4-7W LED GU10 in 3000K or 4000K depending on the application.

Is it dimmable?

Dimming depends on the bulb. If you fit a dimmable LED GU10 and pair it with a compatible trailing-edge dimmer, the spotlight will dim. A non-dimmable bulb will not respond to dimmer control.

What track systems is it compatible with?

The plastic connector fits Knightsbridge and most standard single-circuit track rails. It is not compatible with 3-circuit track or proprietary track systems from other manufacturers without an adapter.

Can it be used in bathrooms?

No. The IP20 rating means it is suitable only for dry indoor locations away from direct water contact. For bathroom zones 1 or 2, a minimum IP44 or IP65 rated fitting is required.
